Greek Tuna Salad



  • 170g of drained tuna
  • ¼ English cucumber, sliced
  • 3-4 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 16 calamata olives
  • ½ wheel of feta cheese, to be crumbed over salad as garnish
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic glove, crushed
  • Ground black pepper


Drain he tuna

Prepare the dressing: Whisk the olive oil, mustard, garlic and vinegar in a bowl. Season with black pepper.

Add the cucumber, tomatoes and olives to the dressing.

Now add the tuna, and mix in gently.

Portion* and crumb the feta over the salad as garnish and enjoy!
